The Tissue Paper Making Process Comprises the Following Steps:
Pulp And Dye: This is the initial step of producing fine and smooth product. First, a person needs to create a pulp, of paper, which can be generated easily from the recycled substances. Next, the fiber of the prepared mixture is to be combined with the pulp of wood. The process continues with the bleaching and washing of the fiber. After the bleaching and washing of the fiber, place it in a mixing tank where the manufacturer adds dye to give it a beautiful color. Tissue paper used for home purposes is usually colored as white.
Pressing: This step is performed to squeeze out extra moisture present in the pulp which is done using the tissue paper making machine. The main purpose of the pressing process is to make the pulp dry and easy to pass it to the next step of the process.
Creeping: The machines have an air drying system which dries the pulp through the dryer using the steam. The roller evaporates the moisture from the pulp with excessive heat and the fine blades of the machine scrape the fiber up to the desired thickness.
Cutting And Reeling: This is the last stage in the process where the long lengthy ready to process material cut into desired sizes which are the final product of the production process.
